We travel to meet farmers and select the finest coffee we can find from Africa, Indonesia, Central America, and Latin America, building relationships with those who cultivate coffee beans with deep care and responsibility toward the earth.
We go all in. Before making any deals with a farmer, we go through an elaborate process to ensure that the land managers' processing steps follow our standards.
Once we find superior quality beans, we bring them to Latvia and roast them paying attention to the finest details to deliver the best coffee.
We have been working for over 15 years, building a community around the world. Our team has grown to over 70+ people, covering all of the Baltics and continuing to expand.
Our Cold Brew Coffee Kombucha is crafted using Hard Tank technology, awarded as the top coffee industry innovation in 2020. This unique beverage was also named “The Most Innovative Beverage” at the Gulfood Innovation Awards 2022 and won “Best New Product” in the Open Class at World of Coffee 2022 in Milan.
