This 100% Arabica blend combines coffees grown at high altitudes (1450–2200 m), where slow maturation allows for exceptional complexity. Seasonal varietal selections are processed using a mix of Natural, Honey, and Washed methods, highlighting both fruit-forward sweetness and refined clarity.

Ethiopia contributes its signature floral and tea-like character — the birthplace of coffee, where centuries of tradition meet incredible biodiversity. Expect delicate jasmine aromatics, stone fruit sweetness, and a lively, expressive cup that feels like the first signs of spring.
