Terms of Use

www.rocketbean.com (hereinafter – the “online store”) provides the content available on the website and offers goods/services in accordance with these Terms of Use.

General Provisions

1.1. If a consumer purchases goods/services using the online store’s website, such mutual agreement shall be considered a Distance Contract and shall be subject to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia governing distance contracts, including but not limited to the Republic of Latvia Consumer Rights Protection Law, the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations “Regulations on Distance Contracts”, etc.

Making Purchases

2.1. The goods offered in the online store are indicated together with their prices and specifications.

2.2. To make a purchase, select the desired product, add it to the shopping cart, fill in the required fields, and choose the most suitable delivery method.

2.3. The total cost of the order, including delivery, is displayed on the screen before the order is confirmed.

2.4. To complete the order, pay for it using the selected payment method.

Payment Terms

3.1. The settlement currency on the website is the euro.

3.2. Purchases can be paid for using Visa/Mastercard card payments.

3.3. The contract enters into force when the payment has been successfully completed. If, for any reason, the order cannot be fulfilled, the buyer will be informed and the paid amount will be refunded no later than within 14 days from the date of notification.

Delivery Terms

4.1. Goods are delivered to the following countries: all EU Member States, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, Saudi Arabia, North America, and New Zealand.

4.2. Delivery services are provided by DPD.

4.3. Delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.

4.4. Goods are delivered to the Buyer’s specified address within 3–5 business days.

4.5. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days, with the Buyer being informed accordingly.

Right of Withdrawal

5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods.

5.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.

5.3. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods may only be used for their intended purpose, and the Buyer is responsible for keeping them in good condition.

5.4. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must submit a withdrawal notice by sending it to the email address webshop@rocketbean.com.

5.5. The Buyer is responsible for returning the goods, and the delivery costs for returning the goods are borne by the Buyer if the goods do not conform to the order.

5.6. The Seller shall refund the received amount no later than within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

Consumer Rights Regarding Goods Not Conforming to the Contract

6.1. The Seller is responsible for non-conformity of the goods with the terms of the contract or defects identified within five business days after receipt of the goods.

Processing of the Buyer’s Personal Data

7.1. The Seller processes personal data necessary for order processing and delivery.

7.2. The Buyer may receive marketing communications if explicit consent has been given.

7.3. The Buyer may opt out of marketing communications by writing to the email address webshop@rocketbean.com.

Dispute Resolution Procedure

8.1. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia.

8.2. The Buyer has the right to contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union..
