SHIPPING METHODS
Deliveries are carried out via courier services, using either door-to-door courier delivery or delivery to a parcel locker.
- Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) – FREE shipping.
- International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and order value.

DELIVERY TIME
Order processing and delivery typically take 1–3 business days (Baltics) or 3–7 business days (Europe). During sales or holiday periods, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
Please note:
- Deliveries are made on business days between 8:00 and 17:00. Please provide an address where you will be available to receive the order during these hours.
- The shipping address must be as detailed as possible (including door codes, floor numbers, or office names). Inaccurate information may extend delivery times.
- For shipments outside the EU, the customer is responsible for all local import duties and taxes.
- Upon delivery, the courier has the right to request a form of ID (Passport, ID card, or Driver’s License) to verify the recipient’s identity.
RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to return purchased items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at webshop@rocketbean.com.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, unopened packaging.
- Due to health and safety reasons, food products (including coffee beans) cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
- The direct cost of returning the goods is covered by the customer.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days from the moment we receive and inspect the returned item.
RETURNS OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you have received a damaged product or the contents of the shipment do not match your order, please contact us immediately at: webshop@rocketbean.com. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
