About EVERSYS coffee machines

Eversys is a line of coffee machines developed in Switzerland that combines the Italian espresso tradition with modern features and automation. These machines deliver barista-level quality regardless of workload, and their well-designed features simplify daily operation and maintenance.

As a full-service coffee expert, Rocket Bean helps install Eversys machines in cafés, restaurants, offices, and other locations where both taste and consistent quality are essential, even when preparing large volumes of coffee.

Why choose Eversys?

Barista-quality results at the touch of a button – consistent espresso and milk-based drinks in every cup, thanks to precise extraction control (ETC) and automated milk systems (Everfoam, etc.). Several grinder modules are built in: up to four different coffee blends can be set up simultaneously in a single machine.

Power and speed – Eversys models are designed for heavy-duty use, allowing them to handle even the busiest periods. They can prepare multiple drinks, including both espresso and milk-based beverages, at the same time.

Modular design and connectivity – the machines are built from modules, which simplifies maintenance and reduces downtime. Telemetry (e-connect) is also integrated, providing remote monitoring, preventive maintenance alerts, and remote management – particularly useful for large companies and chains.

Recognized worldwide – Eversys machines are used in airports, gas stations, cafés, offices, and premium dining venues worldwide – these machines are designed to deliver flawless performance under heavy-duty conditions and to be easy to operate and maintain.

History and Philosophy

The company was founded in Switzerland in 2009 with the aim of combining traditional Italian espresso techniques with the capabilities of a smart super-automatic machine. At the heart of it all is the e’Barista concept – the machine handles the “grunt work” (dosing, extraction, frothing milk), while the barista can focus on providing a great guest experience, all while retaining the opportunity to express their creativity in drink preparation. What began as the dream of two engineers has grown into a globally recognized brand that has delivered more than 20,000 machines for an exceptional coffee experience.

Where to install Eversys coffee machines?

In cafés and specialty coffee shops:

  • Consistent espresso and milk-based coffee drinks even during the busiest hours – models from the Enigma and Cameo series can handle everything from the morning rush to the lunch and evening crowds.
  • The barista can focus on serving customers, latte art, and milk frothing, while the machine takes care of the rest.

In restaurants, hotels, and catering events:

  • The Enigma and Shotmaster models are ideal for buffets, banquets, and conference services – they can produce up to 700 espressos per hour.
  • A simple user interface makes it easy to quickly train staff, and predefined recipes make the preparation process more efficient.

At gas stations and shopping centres:

How to choose the most suitable EVERSYS coffee machine?

Contact us – the Rocket Bean team will help you find your Eversys. However, if you’d like to evaluate the selection criteria yourself, you can answer the following questions:

1. How many cups of coffee do you serve per day?

  • Up to 200 cups per day – Legacy+ or a smaller Cameo model.
  • 200–350 cups per day – Cameo C’2m / C’2ms.
  • 350+ cups per day or for busy morning rush hours – models from the Enigma or Shotmaster series.

2. What does your drink menu include?

  • Just espresso and black coffee? A simpler model without a full milk system may suffice.
  • A high proportion of milk-based drinks (latte, cappuccino, flat white) – choose a model with a fully automated milk system and/or Everfoam.
  • If you also need cocoa or other powdered drinks – consider the Legacy+ with powder containers.

3. What are the facilities and utilities like? Consider factors such as available countertop space, ceiling height, electrical power (larger models can consume as much as 7–8 kW), and connections to water and sewage.

4. How will staff be involved and trained?

  • If your coffee is served by a barista, you’ll love the classic Enigma models with steam boilers and manual milk dispensing.
  • If process automation and self-service are more important to you, we recommend the Cameo, Legacy+, or Shotmaster with fully automatic preparation.

5. Rent or buy? Rocket Bean offers both equipment purchase and rental with a service contract, allowing you to choose the most financially advantageous solution for your specific business.

Are Eversys machines suitable for specialty coffee?
Yes. The grinder’s precision, extraction consistency, and programmable recipes allow you to fully enjoy the potential of specialty beans – in both espresso and milk-based drinks.
How often should maintenance be performed?
On a daily basis – run the automatic cleaning program. At least once a year – a full preventive maintenance service provided by Rocket Bean.
Can the machine make two drinks simultaneously?
Yes, most Cameo, Enigma, and Shotmaster models can brew two drinks at the same time – which is essential during peak hours.
Is it possible to use plant-based milk as well?
Yes, Eversys milk systems can accommodate various types of milk. Certain solutions allow for the use of two types of milk (such as cow’s milk and plant-based milk) – Rocket Bean specialists will help you find the best configuration.
Is Eversys suitable for a small office or household?
Technically, yes, but these models are generally designed for heavier workloads. For smaller volumes, we’ll choose a compact model (such as the Legacy+ or certain Cameo versions) and customize the configuration to meet your needs.

Yes, thanks to telemetry and APIs, Eversys can be integrated with point-of-sale systems, loyalty programs, and other IT solutions.
How quickly does Rocket Bean respond to technical support requests?
Requests are typically processed on business days, and the technical team will contact you within 30 minutes—the exact response time is defined in the service agreement, which can be tailored to your business needs.
